Me.
I am Sharell Hodge neé Thomas, Passionate Speaker, Leadership Consultant, and Career Coach, dedicated to transforming followers into leaders at all levels. My mission is to inspire and cultivate leadership in individuals and organizations alike. With more than 20 years of Human Resources Management experience, my career and leadership journey has been rewarding but not always easy. It has been filled with hills and valleys. I’ve had to pivot too many times which led to disappointment and frustration. However, the frustration allowed me to dig deep and what evolved led me to discovery, development, refinement and deployment.
I help individuals, small businesses and non-profits navigate the process of growth. My primary goal is to cultivate leadership within self and organizations, transforming teams into proactive leaders who drive change. Life transformation is at the heart of what I do by bringing out the best in others and helping them develop their leadership style and presence. I get super excited about sharing insights on leadership development, communication & collaboration, servant leadership, resilience & perseverance, career progression, empowerment and mentorship, with a twist of lessons learned from my experiences in the Bahamas, Canada and the United States of America.
